Position : Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time, Entry-Level Position)
Period : Immediate Opening, Hankook Tire Canada Corp.
30 Resolution Drive, Brampton, ON, L6W 0A3
Main Roles :
Assist, coordinate and manage B2B marketing communications programs, events and projects
Assist planning and execution of consumer marketing plans and special events
Responsibilities :
Communicate and coordinate with customers and retailers to provide support
Produce and manage events including dealer shows, trade shows, new product launch events and customer appreciation events
Support production and management of redemption programs and consumer promotions
Collaborate within marketing team and external parties including Hankook Tire USA and agencies
Produce and manage marketing materials including print materials, P.O.P. materials, dealer merchandises, show materials and digital materials as per global brand identity and guidelines
Follow and manage budget process from approval to invoice processing
Perform administrative duties as required
Qualifications :
University degree or college diploma
1-2 Years of combined working experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Creative problem solving, strategic, critical thinking and analytical skills
Manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Project management & budget management
Detail oriented
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
Ability to present programs to employees and customers
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to schedule and manage multiple complex tasks
Perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure

Experience or education in business, commerce or marketing an asset
Skills or knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Acrobat an asset
Skills or knowledge of Website, Flash, and Social Media an asset
