Korean/Japanese Restaurant is looking for a Food Service Supervisor urgently in Delta.
- Completion of secondary school
- Language ability (Korean/English is a necessary requirement
for major clients of Korean community and work-related communication)
- English is asset.
- 3-yr-work experience in restaurant service is required.
- Wage is $16.00/hr, 40hrs/wk
- Main Duties
1. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
3. Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests
4. Establish methods to meet work schedules
5. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
6. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
8. Plan restaurant menus and determine related food and labour costs.
